Padang – This work meeting was held at the OTO Room 05 Automotive Engineering Department on October 20, 2019 from 09:15 – 18:00 WIB. This activity was attended by the Organizational Advisory Board (DPO) Adriansyah Prasetio and Rizki Kurnia Ramadhan and the Daily Executive Board (DPH) of the Automotive Engineering Student Association (Himoto) for the 2019/2020 period and all members of the Himoto FT UNP management of the Mayana 90 cabinet.
The work meeting was opened by the formal MC by saying “Bismillah”. The work meeting of the Automotive Engineering Student Association, Faculty of Engineering, UNP for the period 2019/2020 with the theme “Creating an Integrated Himoto that is Creative, Synergistic, and has Religious Character”.
Reporting by Chief Executive Wahyu Danang F accompanied by Executive Secretary Harris Fedriansyah. The Raker activity committee was formed on Tuesday night, October 15, 2019 with a total of 21 members. With a short period of time, the Chief Executive and members who are guided by the Daily Executive Board (DPH) can carry out the Raker activities smoothly. The concept of the Raker event is different from the previous 2018/2019 period which held a formal opening. The Chief Executive also encouraged the management of HIMOTO FT UNP for the 2019/2020 period by mentioning the cabinet jargon “Mayana” (Creating an Integrated Himoto that is Creative, Synergistic, and Religious Character).
The General Chairperson of Himoto FT UNP Gusmardiansah expressed his gratitude to the Raker Committee for working hard to carry out this event well in a short preparation time. The General Chairperson of Himoto FT UNP hopes that the Work Program (Proker) of each Department is in accordance with the work contract from the Chair of the Automotive Engineering Department with the Dean of the FT UNP which includes 3 main fields, namely entrepreneurship, science, and accelerating the study period.
Submission of one of the work programs by the Head of the Department of Political Studies and Automotive Technology (Kadep Polkadot) Rahmat Aidil with the Head of Political Studies Ringgi Anggara and members Alfiandri Fitria and Harris Fedriansyah as well as the Head of the Automotive Technology Division Romi Andika Jaya with members Faisal Amri and Alif Andriana. There are 3 work programs that will be carried out by Polkadot, namely Political Class / Talkshow, Automobile Technology Talkshow and Polkadot Paper as the superior work program.
Delivery of one of the work programs by the Head of the Public Relations and Information Department (Kadep huminfo) Zikri Fauzi and its members Firman Agus Wahyudi, Alfino Syafrinanda, Jefri Aronal with the Head of Internal Relations Ilham Putra Chaniago and members Nicky Alfadira as well as the Head of External Relations Rahmad Husain with his members Muhammad Fiqh. 4 Huminfo Workshops were delivered, namely (1) Creating and Managing Social Media Accounts for Himoto FT UNP (IG, FB, Youtube, and Website), (2) Design Training (Solid Work, Auto CAD, and Corel Draw), (3) ) Automotive Short Video Competition, (4) Graphic Design Competition, (5) Asmara Ajo (Secret Student Aspiration for Automotive Department), (6) Himoto Serving, (7) Rataluni (Embracing Alumni Hands), and (8) Jaker (Interlace Cooperation).
DPH and DPO Himoto conducted a Prokel discussion with department heads to discuss what work programs were planned. Based on the results of the deliberations, there are 39 work programs that will be carried out from 8 Departments. This work program will be submitted to the Head of the Automotive Engineering Department to be approved in accordance with the agreement between the Chair of the Automotive Engineering Department and the FT UNP Dean.
Alhamdulillah, this activity has been carried out well by producing 39 work programs which will be carried out for 1 year of management. Hopefully the work program that we have planned can be implemented well. Aamiin.
